Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account. Any unauthorized access or use must be reported immediately to 3gpp support.

User Obligations & Responsibilities
You agree to use 3gpp responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, multiple account creation, or manipulation of gaming outcomes is strictly prohibited.

3gpp reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action including account suspension, withholding of winnings, or legal referral in cases of abuse.
Payments and Transactions
3gpp provides secure payment options supporting UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Net Banking, and other popular Indian payment systems allowing deposits and withdrawals in INR (₹).
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Deposits generally reflect instantly, while withdrawals may take 1 to 24 hours depending on verification and banking processes. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are detailed in your account section.
All transactions are subject to security checks and anti-money laundering compliance. Delays or refusals may occur if suspicious activities are detected, with full cooperation from regulatory bodies.
Limitation of Liability
3gpp strives for platform stability, accuracy, and fairness but disclaims liability for losses arising from use of service, including but not limited to errors, downtime, or third-party content.
Users acknowledge that betting inherently involves risk and agree that 3gpp shall not be responsible for lost funds or damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account Suspension, Termination & Intellectual Property
3gpp reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent behavior, regulatory non-compliance, or suspicious activity without prior notice.
All content on the platform including software, graphics, logos, and text are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by or licensed to 3gpp.
Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without explicit permission.

Governing Law
